After learning a
bout an alleged affair between her husband, Jesse James and some tattooed stripper (can we stop saying her name?), Bullock has canceled her London premiere of her latest film, The Blindside, left the home that she shared with dog-house-bound-husband, and now she has called off her Berlin premiere appearance without being snapped by one photographer.
Unlike her first premiere call off, Bullock did not release any statement as to why she won’t be going – because the world knows – we all get it.
Many media sources and fans are hoping that Bullock pulls through with her head held high, and makes a statement soon.

“He was a nice guy — most guys who do what he does have an attitude,” she told the New York Post. “But he was gentle.”
Although McGee tells the Post she’s upset James hasn’t called to apologize, her main concern is her current custody battle with ex-husband Ronald Shane Modica for their 5-year-old son, Avery.
McGee’s ex filed for temporary and legal custody of their son on Friday. He is fearful that Avery may be in danger in light of the allegations. “If she sees Avery, she will bring these curiosity seekers and glory hounds down on herself and Avery, totally confusing him and frankly scaring him,” Modica wrote in legal papers.

Michael Mallory, 42, Died From Gunshot Wounds

NORTH PARK, Calif. — A 42-year-old man who died after being shot multiple times at a North Park topless bar was identified Sunday by authorities.
Michael Deshorn Mallory of San Diego died at a hospital shortly after being shot at Ten’s Showclub at 4307 Ohio St. around 9:40 p.m. March 14, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Officers rushed to the bar in response to reports of gunfire, according to the San Diego Police Department.
Bar employees told the officers that four men in their 20s started a fight inside the bar after being asked to leave for being disruptive, Lt. Kevin Rooney said, adding that two of the four pulled out guns and began firing.

A man who was found shot in the parking lot of a strip club and later died has been identified as Micheal Deshorn Mallory, 42, of San Diego, the Medical Examiner’s Office said.
Officers were called about 9:40 p.m. to Ten’s Showclub at the corner of Ohio Street and El Cajon Boulevard to break up a fight, San Diego police previously said.
Employees said three to four men in their 20s were fighting inside. When employees intervened, several guns were brandished and also fired inside the club, police said. The gunmen left before officers arrived.
Mallory was later found in the back parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds in the groin area, police said. One of the bullets perforated the artery in his right leg, which led to his death, the Medical Examiner’s Office said.
