San Diego Adult Entertainment: How the Republican Party Just Screwed Itself

Farmertx Far too many citizens consider themselves above most menial labor jobs. Hence, illegals gladly take them. But look at the Tech companies who can get H1B visas for Indians and Asians to come here and take high paying jobs. Then check out the small farmer who can’t get visas for a labor crew and no citizens are willing to do the ’stoop’ labor.’Course, the small farmer doesn’t have two or three Congress Critter’s in his pocket. Makes all the difference.
I hope you’re stopped at every corner you ever pass and made to show your papers Mr. Byron. I hope you spend the rest of your life under the suspicious, watchful eyes of every stranger around you. Only then will you understand racism.
I came from an all white rural community. I saw what happens when a black family moved in. They did not stay long. Years later, I spent a year near downtown Detroit having every pimp and crack head cross the street to avoid me at night. I heard the shouted epithets behind my back. I saw the look in their eyes. I know racism.

San Diego Adult Entertainment: RHONY’s Ramona Slams The Kardashians!

May 18, 2010 at 4:02 pm | In San Diego adult entertainment | No Comments

This is one Housewife who doesn’t
cook and clean! The Real Housewives
of New York City’s Ramona Singer
has just launched her new HSN jewelry line,
which she presented at New York’s Mizu
salon on April 27. And between sips of pinot
grigio, the always entertaining Ramona chatted
with Star about her daughter Avery, 15,
her competition with costar Jill Zarin and
what she thinks of the Kardashians!
Jill just released her book, Secrets
of a Jewish Mother. Is
there competition
between you two?
One [HSN] caller told
me she was going to
buy a $300 piece from
my line, instead of Jill’s
book, which is only like
$19.99, because she can’t
stand Jill! How funny is that?
Your daughter, Avery, is
here with you. She looks so
grown up!
I can’t take it. She’s a gorgeous girl. I’m so
proud of her.
Do you follow any celebrities
besides yourself?
The Kardashians, oh my God, disgusting. I
can’t believe how the mom [Kris Jenner]
pimps out her daughters. To encourage
your daughter [Kim] to do Playboy? It’s
awful. You need to be a better mom!

San Diego Adult Entertainment: What does it mean to be Iron Man?

May 18, 2010 at 4:02 pm | In San Diego adult entertainment | No Comments

… It is strained. Rhodey is a military man who has to follow chain of command and has rules he follows, and Tony Stark basically in this movie is a free agent, doing whatever he wants, sitting in doughnuts, eating doughnuts and using the suit for whatever he wants to use it for,” Mr. Cheadle said in July, having just seen clips from “Iron Man 2″ for the first time.
Among the footage was Iron Man sitting inside the giant doughnut atop the Los Angeles drive-up shop Randy’s Donuts.
“So there is a lot of tension, which all of our scenes explore, and that becomes sort of the underpinning for what the whole film is: How does Iron Man deal with the pressure of saying, yeah, I’m Iron Man? What does that mean? Do we get to pimp you out to do little jobs we need to do all around the world or do you get to say no when we have some crisis we have to deal with?”

San Diego Adult Entertainment: A Critic’s Take: A Fairly Intelligent List of Tony Nominees

May 18, 2010 at 4:01 pm | In San Diego adult entertainment | No Comments

I think it’s cool that “A Steady Rain” – that flimsy slip of a play with two big, big stars, Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig – was ignored, too. (Take that, all you star-pimping producers.) Jude Law was a wash-out as “Hamlet,” but Lord knows, he tried. (It’s an A for effort nomination, like that of Mr. Kimball.) I did think James Spader was terrific in “Race” (far better than Mr. Law in “Hamlet”), but he obviously fell victim to the more general nose-thumbing directed at Mr. Mamet’s play. As for who and what was nominated, I’m delighted that the committee overcame the amnesia it was afflicted with last year, when it failed to nominate for a single award Ian Rickson’s brilliant production of the already-closed “Seagull,” and has looked back to embrace the short-lived revivals of “Ragtime” and “Finian’s Rainbow,” and the limited-run Manhattan Theater Club production of “The Royal Family.”

San Diego Escorts: Red Dead Redemption AU Review

May 18, 2010 at 3:01 pm | In San Diego escorts | No Comments

John Marston’s moral compass – which is your moral compass, actually – never explicitly guides you down a clear-cut path per se. Instead, the onus is on you to complete the game as you see fit. If a dispute between a prostitute and a drunken, knife-happy patron strikes you as funny, walk on. If you want to intervene, hog-tie him with your lasso and leave him there. If your hackles are up, shoot him. Or her. Your infamy and honour are tracked at all times and any good deed or misdemeanour is tallied and weighed up against your running total – and the world reacts accordingly. People treat you differently – or opt not to talk to you at all, if your crimes are so severe and your reputation precedes you so greatly. Want to be a fearsome, immoral gun-toting robber of bandwagons and whorehouses? Want to maim the old man and collect his deed? Go nuts; but remember, that old man has family somewhere – and they can gun for blood just as easily. In fact, some of the game’s most interesting structural moments come from early decisions that come back to haunt you.

San Diego Strip Clubs: Q & A with Sophie B. Hawkins

SDGLN: (Fan question) You’ve been playing instruments since you were little but did you have professional lessons or did you teach yourself?
SBH: The only thing I ever studied was the African drums, and that really was a lesson in music – it was full of stories. I wanted to catch up because I started so late. I’m very neurotic. Everything else has been self-taught.
SDGLN: (Fan question) You are scheduled to play some gigs in Arizona – will the new immigration law give you second thoughts about performing there?
SBH:I was just there. I think it’s great to go to the heart of the controversy. I don’t feel one way or another [about the law] but I don’t think we should boycott the state. It’s a complicated issue.
SDGLN: (Fan question) How do you feel that “Damn!” is rumored to be a popular song with strippers?

San Diego Escorts: Arizona’s immigration law became big story of session

Also, it is now illegal to offer classes in grades K-12 that promote the overthrow of the U.S. government, promote resentment toward a race or class of people, are designed primarily for students of a particular ethnic group or that advocate ethnic solidarity instead of treating pupils as individuals.
Tom Horne, the state superintendent of public instruction, pushed for the bill’s passage and said it will essentially end ethnic-studies classes.
Social efforts rounded out this session’s legislative focus.
It is now illegal in Arizona to create or attempt to create a human-animal hybrid, or to buy or sell human eggs for purposes other than treatment of human infertility and clinical investigation.
The penalties for engaging in prostitution with a child have been toughened, and it is now a petty offense for a minor to intentionally use an electronic communication device to send a sexual explicit depiction of another minor to another person.

Trial Date Set For Marine Accused Of Killing Stripper Wife
Lance Cpl. Patrick Poteat Accused Of Killing Kalyn O’Barr-Poteat

SAN DIEGO — A Sept. 8 trial date was set Wednesday for a Miramar-based Marine charged with murder in the strangulation death of his 19-year-old stripper bride of two months, who was killed as she slept in their Mira Mesa apartment.

Poteat said he wasn’t jealous of his wife but didn’t like what she did for a living, the detective said. But the defendant said he didn’t want to be a hypocrite because he had met his wife while she was working as a stripper, the detective said.
An autopsy determined that the young woman, who worked as a nude dancer at Goldfingers Gentlemen’s Club under the name “Darla,” had been choked to death.

San Diego Strip Clubs: Local teens are vulnerable to domestic human trafficking in San Diego

May 12, 2010 at 8:12 pm | In San Diego strip clubs | No Comments

The San Diego community is doing the best it can to protect children from domestic human trafficking and sexual exploitation. However, this is not enough to protect local teens from traffickers. One victim from San Diego testified that she was forced into prostitution through a pimp who was her boyfriend at that time. Though it took him about six months to a year, he was able to lure her into selling her body at the end. According to her words, he began saying things like “you are so pretty that if you become a stripper, you’ll make a lot of money.” [4]  Though this is a typical way of how a domestic trafficking takes place in the U.S. an a case like hers shows that many teenagers are unaware of the pimps’ manipulative tactics. Were this victim aware of the pimps’ manipulation, she would not have fallen into the trap of her pimp as she had. We educate children how to use condom and birth control in the names of protecting them from disease and potential pregnancy. Then, why not teaching them about these pimps’ tricks so that they can avoid being entrapped by these pimps?
