San Diego Escorts: Comic-Con Staying in San Diego

September 30, 2010 at 10:37 pm | In San Diego escorts | No Comments

Everyone relax. The San Diego Comic-Con’s not going anywhere. At least not for five more years. There’d been a lot of geek chatter about the convention, when its contract with the city expired in 2012, moving to LA or Anaheim where some claim the hotels are cheaper and the space is more spacious. But now that decision won’t have to be made until 2015.
SignOnSanDiego.com is saying that the decision to stay, which will be officially announced Friday morning, hinged on “detailed contracts negotiated with the 64 convention block hotels committing them to prescribed, discounted rates through 2015.”
Yes, Comic-Con is crowded as hell, but it’s our “crowded as hell.” Moving this event from the Gaslamp District, where you can be solicited by prostitutes dressed up like Wonder Woman at that one cantina on 4th avenue, would have robbed it of much of its identity.

San Diego Adult Entertainment: TOADSTOOL CHRONICLES: My accidental night in Mexico

September 30, 2010 at 2:37 am | In San Diego adult entertainment | No Comments

I walked outside and dealt with the reality that I was alone. At this point, I was stumbling to and fro, unable to see a hundred feet in front of me. Then my luck changed. A local girl started walking next to me.
“You want f–?” she candidly inquired.
“No, no. I don’t want that.” Visibly a hooker, I had a disinterest in exposing my penis to any sort of bio-toxic environment.
Then something happened. She started fondling me, and I shrieked in surprise. I gathered myself and told her I wasn’t interested. I continued walking. Eventually, I turned to my right and saw that she has disappeared into the night. My Tijuana fling had vanished. Oh well. I reached in my pocket for my phone only to find it missing. It took me a moment to comprehend why. The Tijuana prostitute stole it. She rubbed me to distract from her thievery. How devious.

San Diego Adult Entertainment: University of Satirical Discourse

September 30, 2010 at 2:37 am | In San Diego adult entertainment | No Comments

The article is completely inaccurate in so many ways. For example, the author claims that the ultimate status symbol here at USD is how tan you are? Is she kidding me? With the latest fall fashions and handbags making their debut on campus along with the iPhone 4’s release to those rich enough to get it, there are much more important things than the color of your skin. I don’t care how olive toned your body is if you’re seen on campus with a Motorola RAZR. Predictive text is flat out primitive.
Furthermore tan lines can actually be a plus on the right person. For example, if I sit next to a guy somewhere on campus and he has a huge tanline from his wristwatch, I know that he is probably a ballin’ ass rich dude who is super smart and will make a great husband. So consider yourself myth busted Vista news brothel, because in this case bronzed isn’t always better.

San Diego Escorts: Ines Sainz Fidel Castro Congratulate Chapman on Fastest Pitch Ever

September 29, 2010 at 5:48 pm | In San Diego escorts | No Comments

Praise poured in from across the globe today for 22 year old Cincinatti Reds pitcher Aroldis Chapman for throwing the fastest pitch ever, a 105 mph slider. Ines Sainz interviewed Aroldis Chapman after the game for Azteca TV in the Reds shower and she said, “Wow, that’s quite impressive.”
Last year the 22 year old Aroldis Chapman was playing for the Cuban National Baseball Team for 30 centavos a day in a tournament in the Netherlands. When Aroldis realized that he couldn’t afford to go to the Amsterdam red light district and he couldn’t afford even a joint of marijuana, he decided to defect from Cuba.
San Diego Padres batter Tony Gwynn said, “I didn’t see it unti it was behind me.” The reason Tony Gwynn saw it at all was because the Reds catcher’s mitt caught fire, which spread to the umps chest protector and the Red fire trucks came sirening onto the field. Because the game was played last night in Petco Park, San Diego, Aroldis Chapman was naturally charged with arson. He is being defended by Shawn Chapman Holley.

San Diego Escorts: Online Prostitution In SD County Shifts Websites

September 29, 2010 at 5:48 pm | In San Diego escorts | No Comments

Facing legal pressure and social advocates, the website this weekend took down its Adult Services section, which was praised by Susan Munsey of GenerateHope. GenerateHope is a group that sponsors housing and rehabilitation for victims of sexual trafficking.
“The Craigslist move is fantastic,” said Munsey. “I think it’s an acknowledgement to the rest of the world that yes, this is happening.”
However, local law enforcement sources told 10News the sex trade has simply shifted to Craigslist’s Casual Encounters section.
They have also noticed a surge of ads in a handful of other websites. At another classified ad site, there were 300 postings on Monday on San Diego’s adult section, compared to 90 last Monday.
One posting even mentions Craigslist, urging people to visit another site.
“They won’t be heading back to the streets because online is where the women perceive they are safer,” said Munsey.
Munsey also said online operations are also better for the pimps.

San Diego Adult Entertainment: From Shame, Fidelity

September 27, 2010 at 8:01 am | In San Diego adult entertainment | No Comments

If you happened to visit the web site of the El Cajon, CA police department sometime in late 2007, you might have come across what seemed to be a strange gallery of mugshots. The faces were of prostitutes. Why were they online? So the public could see them. Immediately, prostitution was no longer a shady underground activity. Its presence and implications were made known to the public, and with that came shame for those eleven women convicted.
The Choate Judicial Committee (“JC”) would do well to learn from El Cajon’s experiment using shame as a crime deterrent for one simple reason: people respond to shame.
This past year’s startling increase in honor code violations suggest that in the status quo at Choate, something has gone dramatically awry. Headmaster Shanahan’s forthright Convocation address on academic integrity was absolutely appropriate considering the circumstances. On April 9th, 2010, The News reported that twenty-three students were caught violating the honor code in the winter term—a number “unprecedented in the school’s recent history.”

San Diego Adult Entertainment: The Pac-10 Could Have Their Title Game In Las Vegas (In Theory.)

The Pac-10 Could Have Their Title Game In Las Vegas (In Theory)
Yes, the stadium’s too small, and the threat of gambling influencing the outcome of the game, and the thought of losing a mascot to an arrest for solicitation of a prostitute does seem more troubling than it should. (Remember: not legal in the city, lascivious mascots of the Pac-10. I’m not talking to anyone in particular.)
There is a long list of potential sites for a Pac-10 championship game.
Phoenix (Glendale), Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, Oakland, and San Diego all have their resume points. Glendale’s stadium is first-class, the Coliseum and Rose Bowl in LA are marquee college football stages; San Diego and San Francisco are already tourist destinations, and Oakland is a thrilling theme park ride for the whole family. Seattle is a great choice for the conference if they want to avoid direct sunlight at all costs.
